Meet The Coach: Rachel Salamanca
Rachel Salamanca
The Happy PharmD
Rachel Salamanca has spent over 25 years helping people at crossroads find clarity, build resilience, and step into their next chapter with purpose. For Rachel, this work is deeply personal – having navigated her own pivotal career transition, she knows firsthand what it takes to bet on yourself and rebuild from the ground up.
As a Positive Intelligence® Coach, Rachel blends neuroscience with a mindset-driven approach to help clients move past burnout, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs – so they can confidently pursue new opportunities. Known for her supportive yet purposeful style, she empowers clients to take ownership of their path, expand what they believe is possible, and make strategic moves toward a more fulfilling future.
Her background spans decades of human-centered work across corporate, nonprofit, and law enforcement settings – from managing leadership development programs at the Museum of Tolerance to training public safety agencies nationwide. Throughout, she has consistently helped people assess their strengths, clarify their direction, and take meaningful action.
Rachel is also a certified Life Design Facilitator through Mindful Studio, guiding clients through transitions using the Mindful Method™ – a framework rooted in reflection, experimentation, and resilience-building. She understands that career change can feel overwhelming, but with the right support, it can also be transformative.
Wellness is at the heart of everything Rachel does. She recharges through running, yoga, Pilates, and a steady practice of meditation and mindfulness, and most importantly, living life with an attitude of gratitude. Her greatest joy? Being auntie to two nephews who remind her, without fail, that the future is full of possibility.
