Susan Sjolund knows a thing or two about career pivots – she’s made a few bold ones herself. After two decades in global marketing and public relations, she traded corporate meetings for coaching sessions, helping professionals navigate change with confidence and clarity.

From driving communications in a multi-million-dollar medical device acquisition to influencing governments in Malaysia and Sweden to embrace equity crowdfunding, Susan’s career has been anything but ordinary. But her most rewarding work? Helping individuals break through self-doubt, uncover their strengths, and design careers they love.

A CTI-Trained and ICF-accredited leadership and career coach, Susan has worked with clients across the U.S., Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. She combines deep industry experience with a warm, no-nonsense coaching style – creating a safe space for transformation while keeping the process engaging, actionable, and fun.

Originally from Namibia, Susan has called Cape Town, New York, London, Stockholm, and Silicon Valley home before settling in San Diego with her elementary-aged twin boys and a very needy (and slightly overweight) Golden Retriever. When she’s not coaching, she’s likely sweating through an F45 workout, volunteering in her kids’ classrooms, indulging in high-quality chocolate, or planning her next international adventure.
