In 2021, consider setting one small goal for yourself every day. In The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy, he states that small, positive decisions can influence your trajectory towards success.

If you are thinking about working towards a goal, one way to increase your chances of success is to have one or more ‘accountability partners’. You could also write down baby steps each day related to how you are going to achieve that big goal in the future.
